About this event
This presentation will address the two types of care someone may need at home to enable them to remain living at home:
1) In-Home Care: Complete, ongoing caregiver assistance for daily living at home.
2) Home Health: Temporary short-term support with clinical care delivered in your home for healing.
In addition to determining which type of care someone needs, we will explore how these two services can often work together.
